1) Take a Free Intro Class
We offer a free intro class every Saturday at 10am. The small class setting allows one of our Certified coaches to provide an overview of what CrossFit is and take you on a tour of our awesome facility. After that, we’ll go through a fun and friendly workout that anyone, at any fitness level will enjoy. Altogether, it’s a great class to test if CrossFit Resistance is right for you. Enjoyed your introduction to CrossFit and you are ready for more? We offer 4 class on-ramp program to prepare athletes for our CrossFit group classes. Our foundation classes cover core movements often used in CrossFit as well as range of motion requirements emphasizing on safety. Our foundation classes are a 1:1 coaching session to ensure 100% attention to detail is done by one of our qualified coaching staff members .
- $249 – Four foundation classes (*These are private 1:1 coaching sessions: Includes first month of unlimited CrossFit classes as soon as foundations have been completed!)
3) Sign Up
To keep going after you’ve completed our Foundations prograim, join CrossFit Resistance group classes.
Our pricing is simple and straightforward. All our memberships are month-to-month. No contracts.
- $185 a month for Unlimited CrossFit
- $159 a month for 2x per week
Students/ Military /First responder:
- $150 a month
- 15% Off (*Must have same billing address)
Resistance Barbell Club:
- $145 a month (*Includes 2 Classes a week and Open Gym)
- *$40 per 8 week cycle add on to any of our CrossFit membership
