Paolo ,also known as “P”, is a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer. Paolo started CrossFit in 2011 and instantly developed a passion for the sport. This lead him to pursue and become a certified trainer in February of 2014. Stirling has always had a passion for sports and an active lifestyle;
he played football, tennis, and lacrosse throughout his high school
career and loves spending his winters skiing in Colorado. Finding the
typical “globo” gym routine monotonous, he discovered Crossfit in
2013. Stirling quickly fell in love with the effective and dynamic
style of workout. He enjoys practicing as much as he does teaching and
never minds staying after sessions to help others progress to achieve their goals; he has obtained his Crossfit L-1 certification to help further his ability to do so.
